The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and detail‑focused Business Support Manager to strengthen operational effectiveness across our Cambridge site. You will act as the central point of coordination for the onsite management team, ensuring flawless operational support, excellent communication flow, and consistent delivery of business administration. Salary: £35,000–£40,000 + benefits.
What You’ll Do
* Be the central coordination point for our leadership team.
* Lead meeting management, communications, documentation and daily operations.
* Deliver outstanding onboarding experiences and support our people processes.
* Improve systems, workflows and tools to enhance productivity.
* Support cross‑functional projects with structure, clarity and follow‑through.
* Represent the team with professionalism and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
What You Bring
* Proactive ownership – you see what needs to be done and act.
* Ability to thrive during change and manage multiple priorities.
* Organisation, prioritisation, and attention to detail under time pressure.
* Flawless meeting management & action tracking.
* Strong MS Office – especially PowerPoint.
* Line management/mentoring exposure (apprentice/admin).
