\n You should have a sound knowledge of the Scottish curriculum, partnered with a strong commitment to nature accessibility enabling you to build meaningful partnerships whilst mentoring a high performance team, ensuring that our charity remains sector leading. \n Team Leadership: Line manage and mentor the Community and Learning team. \n Programme Excellence: Support the delivery of world class learning, outreach and nature accessibility programmes that align with RZSS mission and curriculum outcomes.
