My client based in Oxford are currently recruiting for a temporary administrator on a full-time basis to join the team for 1 – 2 months and support with all administration duties.
Job Requirements
* Must have shipping experience
* Office based role
* Must be available for an immediate start
* Hours 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday
* £13-16 per hour depending on experience
* 2 years experience in an office management or administration role
* Would require own transport due to location
Required Skills/Abilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers, managers, and personnel from various departments within the organization.
* Moderate level of proficiency with personal computers.
* Excellent attention to details and accuracy.
* Gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
* Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
