In 2018 we launched in the multi award winning Altrincham Market, 8 years on & were proud to have a 3 successful kitchens & a busy events portfolio with a combined turnover of 1.5m.
Despite challenges across the industry, we believe we have the enthusiasm, the people & product to continue to grow our business, & the foundations have already been laid for us to open our 4 th kitchen in 2026,
Were looking for an experienced Chef to support both our Exec Chef & Kitchen Manager in managing the day to day operations of our Altrincham kitchen while supporting business growth
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding the logistics of working within a multi-kitchen environment & build positive relationships with host management & key stakeholders
- Effectively influence food & payroll spend to fall in line with company expectation
- Create a safe and positive work environment for direct team & host partners
- Support our Kitchen Manager in identifying opportunities & maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best possible deals can be made
- Work alongside our Kitchen Manager to evolve seasonal menu changes
- Support our Kitchen Manager in consistently delivering 5* EHO visits
High turnover kitchen turnover experience is essential
Experience in people management & supervision is preferred but not essential, the most important skill you could bring to our team is a positive work ethic & an eagerness to share your knowledge,
As we're a small team, this is a very hands on role, no day is ever the same & all responsibilities are rotated between all team members
