Skills required * The ability to work under pressure to meet set goals, budgets, and deadlines * Proficiency with the standard Microsoft suite and other estimating software * Proficient with bill of quantities, New Rules of Measure format would be beneficial * The ability to read specifications and drawings to develop cost estimates * The ability to manage time well and multitask * Analytical skills * Attention to detail * Possess clear and confident written and verbal, IT communication skills. * Knowledge and skills to effectively problem solve. * High level of self-motivation can do attitude, organisational ability, and drive to meet deadlines. * Demonstrate experience and commercial awareness working within the Facility Services and Maintenance industry. * Facility Services estimating experience. * Completion and submission of Quotations, Bill of Quantities, and tenders’ documents. * You will be required to submit all pricing on time and with due care to ensure commercial certainty of the bid * To consistently deliver a pricing structure and contracting standard compliance across all key areas exceeding business performance targets. ...
