Sales Account Manager
Basic Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
OTE: £50,000 – £60,000 in year 1 (uncapped)
Hours: Monday to Friday

The Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive/Manager to work across an exciting portfolio of Events, Magazines, and Digital products. This is a target-driven sales role with plenty of scope for creativity, input, and career progression as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
* Consistently exceed monthly sales targets (individual and product-based).
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of the sales cycle across digital and live events, and share expertise with the wider team.
* Keep up to date on industry trends, competitors, publications, and key brands to drive revenue growth.
* Track and report key figures: revenue, targets, year-on-year performance, yields, client numbers, new business, and retention rates.
* Take ownership of challenges as they arise, managing client accounts, amendments, and cancellations effectively.
* Support management decisions while contributing constructive ideas for improvement.
* Develop and execute strategies for your client base to maximise engagement and revenue.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
* Proactively grow the client base through new business development.
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships, with a focus on retention and account growth.
* Uphold company policies and act as a role model within the team.
