Parts Advisor Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join a well-established automotive team in Grays, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to become a vital part of a busy parts department, providing excellent service to both retail customers and workshop teams. 2. Monday to Friday working hours with either 1in2 or 1in3 Saturday mornings

Duties of the Parts Advisor:
6. Providing exceptional customer service to retail clients and workshop teams
7. Managing parts stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
8. Assisting with parts sales and ensuring accurate transactions
9. Supporting the workshop with parts availability and enquiries
10. Maintaining accurate records of parts stock and sales
11. Contributing to a smooth and efficient parts department operation
Requirements of the Parts Advisor:
12. Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within the motor trade
13. Good knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
14. Reliable with a stable working history
15. Strong organisational and customer service skills
16. Ability to work well within a team and independently when needed
17. Professional attitude and excellent communication skills
