Monday to Friday working week, with 1-in-4 Saturdays mornings.
Responsibilities
* Conduct servicing, maintenance, and repairs as a van technician.
* Diagnose faults accurately and complete repairs to first-time fix standards.
* Support the preparation and servicing of new, used, and loan vehicles.
* Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency within the workshop team.
* Ensure all work is completed in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards.
* Keep precise and comprehensive job records and documentation.
Requirements
* NVQ / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience as a Van Technician within a workshop or dealership setting.
* Strong diagnostic capabilities with the ability to identify faults efficiently.
* Experience with Light Commercial Vehicles is highly desirable.
* MOT Tester licence (preferred but not essential).
* Knowledge of Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Systems and VAG Vehicles (advantageous).
* Full UK driving licence.
* A team player with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
