Role: Inside Sales Executive Contract: Permanent Hours: 0830 1730 Monday to Friday Location: Northampton, NN4 Purpose Of The Role: The key purpose of an Inside Sales Executive is to develop and increase sales opportunities for the business. Youll maximise on strong, effective working relationships with both existing and potential customers. An Inside Sales Executive will analyse customer requirements and provide advice or quotations for the most suitable mode of transport while increasing revenue and profit for the business. Key Responsibilities: Research & source potential sales opportunities Use proactive telesales techniques to increase sales & promote our network/services Raise quotes & tariffs accurately within business standard format Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure successful operating of customer accounts Effective resolution of all sales queries Provide support to outside sales colleagues Skills & Experience: Target driven Sales motivated Ability to influence others Excellent problem solving skills Effective working in pressure environment Ability to build close professional relationships Familiar with logistics sector within network/forwarding (desirable)
