Deputy Manager - Mental Health Residential Service Location: Tavistock Salary: £18.13 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week (mix of supernumerary & shift work) Service Type: Younger Adults - Mental Health / LD / Behaviours of Concern Home Size: Small Residential Service About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join a small, well‑established residential home supporting younger adults with mental health needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic leader who is passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care within a supportive and close‑knit environment. The role offers a combination of supernumerary hours and hands‑on shift work, giving you the opportunity to lead by example while supporting the day‑to‑day running of the service.
