The Role
We're looking for a Marketing & Digital Content Coordinator to manage all aspects of our online and offline marketing. This is a varied role covering website management, email campaigns, social media, and print design. You will be responsible for creating engaging marketing materials that reflect our brand and support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Website Management – update and manage our website content (product updates, news, images, blog posts).
* Email Marketing – plan, design, and send weekly marketing emails (Mailchimp or similar).
* Social Media – create and post engaging content on LinkedIn and other channels.
* Design & Branding – design and produce new brochures, product spec sheets, and marketing leaflets.
* Content Creation – write engaging copy for brochures, emails, website, and social posts.
* Campaigns – support with marketing campaigns, promotions, and launches.
* Analytics – monitor and report on website, email, and social performance to improve results.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in marketing, digital content, or design (agency or in-house).
* Strong design skills — confident using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or Canva.
* Experience designing brochures, leaflets, or marketing collateral (must be able to show portfolio/examples).
* Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.).
* Confident with social media marketing (especially LinkedIn).
* Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Creative thinker with a good eye for layout, branding, and design consistency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
