The role
As a UX Designer at CAVU, you’ll play a key role in shaping thoughtful, user-centred experiences across our digital platforms. You’ll work on projects that have real impact - from improving existing journeys to launching new tools and features - helping to make airport travel a seamless experience for everyone.
This is a hands-on, mid-level role suited to a seasoned UX Designer. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and Digital Analysts to make evidence-based design decisions, and will take the lead on discovery research, usability testing, and design exploration.
What we’re looking for
Either:
* Native mobile app design for iOS & Android, using frameworks such as React Native or similar
or
* UX design for complex back-office CMS systems, including areas such as product pricing, customer service operations, user accounts and permissions, and reporting. Web based internal tooling, SaaS platforms.
Skills you’ll have
* Strong user research skills, including planning and conducting interviews, usability testing and surveys
* Confident working with both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design
* Experience designing end-to-end experiences, from early discovery through to high-fidelity UI
* Proficiency with tools such as Figma (or similar) for wireframing, prototyping, and design
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently when needed
* Experience working in agile product teams
