We're looking for a Digital Construction Manager to join our Eastern and Midlands team in the Waterbeach office, with regular site visits in East Anglia.

Hybrid working, based in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire, with site visits.
Contract
Full-time, Permanent.
What will you be responsible for?
Supporting the Eastern and Midlands team in information management across projects, ensuring compliance with industry and Kier standards, and delivering client requirements. Your daily tasks will include:
1. Monitoring completion of IM Gateway forms across tenders to meet assurance procedures related to design team capability and resources.
2. Ensuring Exchange Information Requirements and Asset Information Requirements are responded to and delivered.
3. Managing, sharing, and exchanging information using the common data environment, adhering to ISO 19650 standards.
4. Supporting and auditing the project team to ensure standards, methods, and procedures are followed using specified software and workflows.
What are we looking for?
This role is ideal if you:
* Have a good understanding of the ISO 19650 series.
* Can discuss openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie to support interoperability.
* Are enthusiastic about using new technologies to improve traditional practices.
* Are innovative, sharing ideas and challenging standard practices.
* Have experience with software tools to view and interrogate models.
