What Youll Be Doing
Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
Assisting with stock control, ordering, and waste management
Contributing ideas for menu development and specials
Ensuring consistency and presentation across all dishes
Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and efficient
What Were Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef or Commis Chef in a busy kitchen
Passion for food and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude
