The Role
You'll manage a varied caseload of motor and personal injury claims from first notification through to settlement, delivering a high standard of service to policyholders, brokers, and third parties.
This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership of their caseload, and wants to work in a business that values quality over volume.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of motor / PI claims through to final settlement
* Effectively prioritise and control your own caseload
* Act as a key point of contact for policyholders and brokers
* Identify, investigate, and refer potential fraud or underwriting concerns
* Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
* Ensure full compliance with FCA and internal regulatory requirements
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve the best outcomes
About You
* Minimum 4 years' experience handling motor claims (PI exposure preferred)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Confident using claims systems and working in a regulated environment
* CII Certificate (or willing to work towards - fully supported)
* Minimum 5 GCSEs (A-C) including English and Maths
