Joloda Hydraroll, based in Speke, Liverpool, is a world leader in loading automation. Our award-winning technology is trusted by global brands across aviation, logistics, and food industries. Now we're hiring skilled Pneumatic Mechanical Fitters to help assemble our next generation of high-performance loading systems.
The Role
As a Pneumatic Mechanical Fitter, you'll be hands-on with the full mechanical build of our systems. You'll work from technical drawings to assemble and test pneumatic components, identify faults, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll join a team that takes pride in quality and craftsmanship - where your contribution matters every shift.
Hours:
· Monday–Thursday: 16:30–01:00
· Friday: 12:30–18:00
· Full-time, permanent role | Based on-site in Speke, Liverpool (L24)
Pay:
· Base hourly rate: £14.05
· 25% shift allowance = £17.56 per hour (approx.)
· Higher base rate negotiable for candidates with strong hydraulic/pneumatic fitting experience
What You'll Be Doing
· Assembling pneumatic systems using tools and air schematics
· Working from technical drawings to ensure accurate builds
· Performing leak detection and fault testing
· Using a range of tools (e.g. linishers, drills, spanners)
· Completing job cards and documentation
· Collaborating with a supportive late-shift team
· Ensuring H&S and workshop standards are upheld
What We're Looking For
· Proven experience as a mechanical or pneumatic fitter
· Previous experience assembling pneumatic systems
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and pneumatic schematics
· Familiarity with hand and power tools used in mechanical builds
· A positive team player with strong attention to detail and time management
