Job Overview
The role will actively add value to our customers and lead the Demand Planning team to work collaboratively with our customer relationships. This will require a mix of step change activities combined with strong processes, continuous improvement, and action-oriented reporting. This role will be the Demand Planning subject matter expert for the business and will be key in designing and delivering the best possible Demand function, with a particular focus on process efficiency, customer service excellence and impactful reporting.
Responsibilities
* Lead the Demand Planning Team to deliver an accurate business demand forecast.
* Enhance forecast accuracy and deliver superior service to our customers through effective leadership and team management.
* Ensure supply and manufacturing operations are aligned with market demands so customers receive what they want, when they want it.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing and supply chain to drive operational efficiency and meet customer expectations.
* Use data to lead decision-making and to turn analytics into actionable insights for stakeholders.
* Design and deliver continuous improvement initiatives and impactful reporting.
Qualifications
* Exceptional people manager with outstanding interpersonal skills.
* Proven track record of enhancing team dynamics and driving performance.
* Experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting & S&OP processes.
* Passion for analysing and interpreting data to make it meaningful for others.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across functions and with external customers.
* Ability to inspire, motivate and develop a high‑performing team.
