Surveyor / Estimator
Location: Rossett (LL12 0AY) with regular travel to London
Working Hours: 07:30 – 16:30
Salary: £28k – £35k DOE

Key Responsibilities
Surveying:
* Price variations and manage applications for payment.
* Raise invoices and report to the Commercial Director.
* Identify and manage commercial and operational risks.
* Liaise with suppliers and installers.
* Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Estimating:
1. Prepare accurate and timely estimates, including take-offs and pricing using schedules of rates (SOR).
2. Ensure all estimates are returned within required deadlines.
