Overview

Lunchtime Play Worker — 6.25 hours per week, term time only contract (38 weeks). We are currently seeking three play workers for our vibrant and dynamic 2-form entry Church of England school in the heart of the local community. With a clear vision of igniting passion, empowering learners and transforming the future, we are committed to providing an exceptional education to all of our pupils.


Role and Programme

The successful candidates will have a passion for education and a strong commitment to the personal development of pupils. We are looking for candidates who are not afraid to make mistakes and who are committed to doing what is best for the children in their care. The school operates the OPAL Primary Programme, which covers outdoor play and learning. OPAL helps children be inspired and creative at playtime and develops creativity, imagination, cooperation, resilience, stamina and confidence. Training will be given.


Responsibilities

Support the OPAL Primary Programme during playtimes and contribute to a safe, welcoming, and stimulating outdoor environment for all pupils.
