Apply Now Building our talent: We are actively looking for a skilled Senior Project Engineer - Electrical who is looking to further develop their career for the long term within our business in a full-time permanent capacity. As the successful Senior Electrical Project Engineer, you will assist the Senior Project Manager/ Project Director with the planning and daily execution of the M&E Building Services Design and Installation. Responsible for maintaining certain aspects of the project schedule as assigned by the Senior Project Manager/ Project Director, by managing the process of submittal approvals, coordinating the timely delivery of materials, maintaining schedules and budgets. Assist the On-Site M&E Engineers, and providing the relevant information required to execute the M&E installation NB. Due to the nature of our projects, we require individuals to hold a valid UK passport with full work rights for here in the UK, coupled with being eligible for Security Clearance. Key Accountabilities: Support the senior project team in the overall implementation of the engineering strategy and framework for the designated project Engage with the Subcontractors at all stages from ITT to Final commissioning and Handover. Ensure that Subcontract packages are delivered to programme, budget, safety and quality expectations/standards. Ensure packages comply with good design practice and relevant technical group standards. Ensure accurate and complete records are kept in accordance with the M&E control sheet, this should include; RFIs, CEs, EWNs, WPPs, ITPs, Record Drawings and other project communications/deliverables. The engineer will ensure that communication trackers are updated, regardless of platform self-generated registers. Ensure the relevant RIBA 4/5 design deliverables are reviewed, accurate and fit for purpose prior to works commence. Key skillset required: Must have prior full project lifecycle from cradle to grave in the capacity of Project Engineer from pre-construction through to installation and commissioning within Electrical packages. Strong ability in engaging with the sub-contractors at all stages from ITT to Final commissioning and Handover Fostering a true partnership. Manage change control with sub-contractors. Ensure that packages are delivered to programme, budget, safety and quality expectations/standards.
