This is a hybrid role (internal and external), which plays a crucial role in generating leads, setting appointments and building relationships with our partner base. With a clear drive to increase New Business and upsell new opportunities in the current and new partner base. As the Business Development Executive, you will: Adhe re to KPI’s around SLA’s, call stats / time, financial and productivity targets Be r esponsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets. Profile organisations and individuals through various means (LinkedIn etc.) Uncover and explore new opportunities across new channels to increase market share. A rrange face to face meetings (for EXN/ Ruckus Networks channel team ) with potential / existing Partners to enable the Ruckus Networks p artner program me and develop EXN Capabilities. Develop an in depth understand ing of the Ruckus Networks Portfolio, to present to target and aligned partners Forecast and manage key deal s, working with finance and credit where necessary Drive attendance to key sales and technical days as well as webinars in the events calendar, supporting with content / presence where Manage and maintain the proactive tracker to show progress in aligned accounts QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you The ideal Business Development Executive: Proven track record as a hunter in a sales or business development role, with demonstrable success in generating new business. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Tenacious, resilient, and unafraid to pick up the phone to make outbound calls daily. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively. Have s trong communication skills, with good telephone manner Proven negotiation skills and demonstrable ability to use influencing skills to close business and sell additional products and services Excellent time management and prioritisation skills Exceptional a ttention to detail and administrative skills Take responsibility for personal development with a strong desire to work to and surpass targets Have k nowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) Ability to problem solve, identifying a client’s needs and respond accordingly Willing to travel to customer sites and events Have a team player mentality to work closely and support the wider team Preferred attributes but not necessary are: Knowledge of IT Industry – knowledge of our vendors would be excellent Previous use of Net S uite CRM syste m Knowledge of Ruckus Networks product Portfolio WHO ARE EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS? | Why work for us We are people focused and strongly believe that talent empowers us to continue our dynasty of disruption and growth in the future.
