A well-established mixed dental practice in Doncaster is looking for an Associate Dentist to join a supportive, growth-focused team. The role Associate Dentist (Permanent or Locum considered) Doncaster, South Yorkshire UDA rate: £12-£14 per UDA depending on experience (negotiable) Mix: approx. 60% NHS / 40% private (with strong scope to increase private) Private split: 50% Start: negotiable Open to part-time or full0-time Days: Monday–Friday (flexible) Why this practice? Hands-on mentoring from the Principal Dentist (orthodontics & implant-focused; provides supervision/training) Implant support on-site, plus a visiting implantologist (monthly) Excellent clinical kit including OPG and CBCT scanner, plus intraoral scanner Supportive team set-up: 3 surgeries Therapist on site Experienced nurses on site Dedicated nurse support for clinicians Modern workflow: currently SOE, moving towards Dentally A practice with clear plans to grow - ideal if you want to build confidence, expand your skillset, and develop a stronger private offering What you’ll be doing Delivering high-quality general dentistry Managing an NHS list while building and maintaining private treatments Working collaboratively with the therapist and wider team Option to pursue development in areas such as aligners, fixed ortho, implants, CBCT/radiology support (depending on your interests) Who they’re looking for GDC registered Dentist Eligible to work in the UK Performer number / NHS experience preferred (depending on the contract) A dentist with a solid work ethic, patient-first approach, and desire to learn Open to all experience levels (newly qualified welcome) Interested in this position?
