The key to their success is designing all products in-house, emphasising long-term reliability and quality control. As the Engineering Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing a multi-disciplinary engineering team (Embedded Software, Hardware, Mechanical, Systems and RF). Additionally, the successful candidate will strengthen engineering processes and implement digital governance (including Jira), support and deliver approximately 6 active NPI or revenue-generating programmes a year (typically under 10), improve resource planning and execution to reduce team stretch, and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Sales, Operations and Leadership.
