Description
* Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion.
* Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring their development and growth.
* Maintain and develop client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact.
* Ensure compliance with auditing standards and internal procedures.
* Prepare and review audit reports, providing clear and concise recommendations.
* Assist in identifying business development opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
* Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless service to clients.
* Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in professional services.
Profile
* A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
* Proven experience managing audit engagements within professional services.
* Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Leadership abilities to guide and develop team members effectively.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
