Job Summary:
Join BILH Primary Care and make a real difference. As a frontline representative, you will uphold the highest standards of customer service in all interactions with patients and staff.
This clerical position is often the first impression of our office and significantly influences the patient experience. Key responsibilities include phone interactions, registration, scheduling, co-pay collection and billing, and appointment confirmation calls. Your role ensures patients receive the right care at the right time.
Minimum Requirements:
* Education: High School Degree or GED
* Experience: At least 1 year in a high-volume customer service role
* Skills: Strong customer service, PC proficiency, excellent communication, multitasking ability
