The ideal candidate will supports the Contract Manager in the day-to-day coordination and administration of contract, ensuring operational performance, reporting, invoicing, and service delivery requirements are maintained. The role involves monitoring repair orders, producing operational reports, coordinating engineer activities, managing financial administration, and ensuring communication between operational teams, clients, and stakeholders runs efficiently.
Monday to Friday - 42.5 hours per week - 100% working in the office

Key Responsibilities
Operational Reporting & Job Monitoring
* Produce, review, and update operational reports including complete not invoiced reports, ZTO Reports, Running Time Extension Reports, Overdue Reports, and other client reports.
* Monitor outstanding jobs and overdue works, identifying jobs requiring escalation to ensure KPI performance targets are met.
* Analyse KPI data, identify incorrect data, and update records to maintain accuracy and consistency.
* Invoicing & Commercial Administration
1. Prepare and process client invoices in line with completed works and contract requirements.
