Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nights Team Member to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations during evening hours. Duties
* Prepare and serve food items in accordance with company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
* Assist with food safety procedures, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices.
* Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and delivering excellent customer service.
* Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas.
* Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while providing genuine recommendations to guests.
* Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy night shifts.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction throughout the shift.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, especially in serving or food preparation roles.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is desirable.
* Basic maths skills for handling transactions and order accuracy.
* Kitchen or culinary experience is advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn is important.
* Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
* Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining excellent customer relations.
* A proactive attitude with the ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced setting. Pay: £12.21-£13.01 per hour
