We have a fantastic opportunity to become an integral member of our Birmingham Facilities team and play a key role in delivering 5* outstanding client service. The role In this front-facing role, you'll provide professional, high‑quality support to both internal and external clients on a daily basis. You'll work with colleagues at every level of the business, including Partners, so strong communication skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently, professionally, and with a positive attitude are essential. You'll also be joining us at an exciting time: we have recently relocated to a state-of-the-art, all‑electric Grade A, BREEAM‑accredited building located directly above the A38 tunnel in the Paradise Estate, right in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. This is a full-time role, and your hours will vary between 07:30 and 17:30 (rotating weekly shifts), but your core hours will be 7 hours a day, 35 hours a week. The activities Provide a professional welcome to visitors and maintain an immaculate business lounge and meeting rooms. Manage visitor records, reception inboxes, and prepare weekly client lists. Coordinate meeting room bookings, AV checks, and catering requirements. Handle taxi, courier and car‑parking bookings, plus general front‑of‑house administration. Support Facilities tasks including mailroom, reprographics and building inspections. Assist with basic IT troubleshooting, equipment changes and AV set‑ups. Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, compliance and client care. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, supporting workload management and team cover. Take responsibility for your own learning, development and continuous improvement. The person This role requires previous experience in a similar position, strong organisational abilities, and good IT literacy with a willingness to learn new skills. You'll also need excellent communication skills to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders, along with strong attention to detail to ensure high‑quality, accurate work.
