We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Wellbeing and Early Support (SIAS) Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work proactively and provide early help and targeted interventions that prevent escalation to statutory services.

We're driving forward innovative practice that will make a difference to our communities and we new social workers to help us achieve our vision of supporting people to achieve what they want to, living independently in a place they call their home.
As part of your exciting new role, you will be expected to undertake strength based, outcome focussed assessments and support planning, ensuring that the residents of Lancashire receive the right amount of support. You will play a vital role in supporting people to access local services, maintain independence, promote health and wellbeing and to live independently.
