The role:
As a front of house manager, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You will support in coaching and developing your team to reach their potential, while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting your team through training and development, maintaining high standards
* Managing shifts effectively to ensure proper staffing and team engagement
* Overseeing labour and rotas, understanding the financial aspects of the restaurant
* Celebrating successes and recognizing individual needs
