Main Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team to deliver company objectives.
* Ensure that your team is clear on sales targets, quotas and KPI’s for their region.
* Work collaboratively with others within your own team and other departments to deliver results.
* Learn our processes and product to be able to support and navigate challenges with your team.
* Support on calls and demos if needed where absence or holiday periods within team require.
Team Management & Development
* Train, and mentor sales representatives to build a high-performing team.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement following our management and performance framework.
* Motivate and engage the team to achieve individual and collective goals.
* Host regular face to face meet ups with the team as agreed with the Head of Sales.
* Monitor and analyse sales data to track progress against targets.
* Ensure funnel health and management is of a high standard across all team members.
* Ensure CRM systems are updated and accurate for all customer interactions.
* Compile and present detailed sales reports to senior leadership
Compliance and Best Practice
* Enforce adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
* Ensure accurate information is inputted and maintained within our systems
* Implement best practices for sales processes and customer service standards
* Participate in management and other internal training to ensure personal development
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with marketing teams to support campaigns and promotions.
* Coordinate with product sales specialist and onboarding teams to ensure smooth delivery and service.
Skills and Experience
* Minimum of 2 years managing a team of 5+ sales staff
* Experience in dealing with employee development and performance management
* Experience of successfully achieving regular team KPI’s and targets
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* High levels of resilience and patience
* Process-driven with a strategic mindset
* Able to work within a fast-paced, engaging environment
* IT and computer literate – good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
