Overview
This is a fantastic nursing home which provides nursing care, dementia care, residential care, respite and short stay care, as well as end of life care.
Key Duties
* Recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents.
* Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals.
* Contribute to care planning and coach support workers.
* Take an active professional role in promoting services to relatives, prospective residents and enquiries.
* Participate in updating and writing care plans and resident documentation.
* Make realistic of each resident to ensure continuity of care.
* Administer medication to residents in accordance with policies and procedures.
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Proven experience of working in a care setting.
* Good team player.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Genuine desire to care for others.
