About the Opportunity As an Education Partnership Sub-Team Leader Volunteer, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team dedicated to establishing and nurturing relationships with educational institutions. Your leadership will help promote SkilledUp Life’s mission, expand our reach within academic communities, and provide students with valuable opportunities to gain real-world experience.

o 3 months
o At least 3 hours per day

* Activities
o Lead and mentor a team of Education Partnership Volunteers, providing guidance and support to achieve outreach goals.
o Identify and approach schools, colleges, and universities for potential partnerships.
o Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in educational institutions.
o Organize workshops, seminars, or webinars to introduce SkilledUp Life to students and faculty.
o Work closely with internal teams to create tailored programs or opportunities for students.
o Collect feedback from partner institutions to improve engagement strategies.
* Requirements
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Experience in outreach or partnership roles, preferably within the education sector.
o Proven leadership and team management abilities.
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
o Passion for education and community development.
o Ability to network and gain access to the right environment.
