Our client is searching for an experienced Principal Consultant to take ownership of high-impact projects within the healthcare and life sciences sector. This is a senior-level role with broad responsibilities across project leadership, account management, and client acquisition. From shaping strategy to ensuring flawless delivery, you will play a pivotal role in building trusted client relationships and driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
* Lead projects end-to-end: from scoping and design through to implementation and measurable results.
* Develop business opportunities: nurture existing relationships while actively identifying and securing new client engagements.
* Deliver exceptional client value: act as both a bold problem-solver—bringing fresh, creative approaches to complex challenges—and a trusted partner who listens, empathizes, and supports.
* Drive innovation: explore new solutions where standard approaches fall short, demonstrating courage and curiosity in ambiguous situations.
* Inspire and influence: present findings convincingly at all organizational levels, guiding clients and stakeholders toward impactful outcomes.
* Mentor and collaborate: support the development of consultants within the team, encouraging a culture of excellence, creativity, and delivery.
Requirements
* 10+ years of strategic consultancy experience
* Expertise and a strong network within healthcare or life sciences
* Proven commercial success in business development and client acquisition
* Excellent command of English
* Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving abilities, with the creativity to generate original solutions
* Natural leadership skills, with the ability to inspire others and foster collaboration
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills—confident across all levels of an organization
* A curious, people-oriented mindset, capable of turning conflicting interests into opportunities
