The QHSE manager role is very hands on and varied, including some of the following responsibilities:
1. Managing a small team
2. Analyse and improve the IMS system which incorporates quality, H&S and environmental processes.
3. Drive a culture of H&S throughout the business
4. Investigate accidents, near misses and compliance issues
5. Manage internal and external audits
Required Experience:
6. Personality is key to this hire and finding the right character is really important
7. Attention to detail
8. A strong character that can influence different stakeholders from the shop floor up to director level
9. NEBOSH qualified with experience of managing a Quality management system
10. You must have experience within a manufacturing environment
