Job summary
The Dales treatment and intervention team are looking to recruit a highly motivated Band 3 Community Support Worker/Trainee to join our multidisciplinary team working in adult planned care.
This is an exciting opportunity to support adults with mental health difficulties in the community.
The Community Service for adults offers assessment and a wide range of evidence-based treatments and interventions for adults with mental health difficulties.
We seek to recruit a Community Support Worker to be an integral part of our team, working under supervision to deliver high-quality services to the local population, during a period of change and development.
Requirements
You must have the Right to Work in the UK. This role does not qualify for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa.
Main duties
Supporting individuals and families using evidence-based models and care pathways, developing and facilitating group interventions.
Experience working with adults and families is preferred; training will be provided in mental health areas.
Skills in teamwork and independent working are essential.
