About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Day to day:
* Sell new build plots, buy and sell part-exchange properties.
* Facilitate effective communication between clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other relevant parties to safeguard clients’ interests throughout the conveyancing process.
* Deliver a smooth, efficient, and professional service, ensuring all transactions comply with current legislation and best practice.
Client Management
Client Management: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by meeting clients and understanding their needs. Be able to adjust approach, communication, and expectations when dealing with clients, treating them with courtesy and respect. Understand how to manage risk effectively and elevate any issues as necessary.
Knowledge Sharing
Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge to enhance the skills of others. Learn from others through the work environment and formal learning. Maintain an open mindset.
Collaboration
Collaboration: Develop efficiency when working with others, managing relationships, and connecting with people. Approach all tasks with confidence and a positive attitude. Show a willingness to take on feedback from leadership and from more junior employees to grow.
Knowledge, education and experience required
* 2 years' previous conveyancing / plot sales experience within a professional environment.
* Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
* Understanding of freehold and leasehold property transactions and the conveyancing process.
* Familiarity with compliance requirements including Anti-Money Laundering Regulations and the UK Finance Handbook.
* Ability to manage a caseload independently and work proactively under minimal supervision.
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office and case management systems.
