Role Overview:
We specialize in lettings and sales in the residential market because of the huge impact people are enjoying from the city. If you work in a fast-paced environment that's responsible for creating a strong brand across markets we trade all the successes like the many top of award differences experienced.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and manage a portfolio of residential properties for rent and sale
* Conduct property valuations and secure new listings
* Manage the full sales and lettings process from start to finish
* Conduct viewings and provide detailed feedback to clients
* Negotiate offers and secure successful outcomes for all parties
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers
* Stay up-to-date with local market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
* Provide exceptional after-sales/lettings service and follow-up
Requirements:
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Confident, professional, and customer-focused
* Target-driven with a proactive mindset
* UAE driving license and own car (essential)
