A major asset finance provider is keen to recruit an experienced leader to reinforce the company's operational capabilities in order to facilitate ambitious growth in 2026 and beyond.
Must be able to operate at Exco level and run a large team via six operational heads across customer services, asset management, collections, new business and facilities.
Asset finance experience is essential as is the ability to lead, transform, shape and inspire a large team.
