The Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and wider professionals to provide tailored support to pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them access learning, regulate emotions, build confidence and achieve their individual targets. You will support pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping to create a safe, engaging and positive learning environment.
