Grade and Salary: Grade 3 £21,909 - £23,352 per annum (£25,584- £27,269 FTE)

Working pattern: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus INSET days)

Contract term : Permanent

Ashfield School is a great place to work and as part of the DFE school re-building project we will move into brand new buildings over the next few years. We are located close to the A38 and M1 and there is a large free staff car park. Facilities across the large school site are excellent with numerous social and workspaces, staff specific catering and sporting facilities all available.

The role:

Ashfield School are looking to appoint a full-time Cover Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising whole classes during absences of teachers, ensuring students are supported consistently whilst recognising and responding to their individual needs. The role will involve behaviour management of the students in your care.

The person:

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the role of a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school setting. Experience of working in a school and managing behaviour would be advantageous.
