Overview
We are seeking caring, flexible and communicative care professionals to deliver high-quality care to residents, support care planning, contribute ideas for social activities, and assist in training and supervising junior colleagues in line with Akari values. The role promotes an environment where residents feel at home, with consideration for visiting family members and individual needs.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care to residents and assist with observing, reviewing, and finalising care planning needs.
* Assist in developing social activities and support the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues in an Akari value‑driven way.
* Create and maintain an environment that feels like residents’ personal homes, respecting each individual’s needs.
* Work alongside other care team members to support residents whether you are an experienced carer or starting a career in care.
