The Role As HR & Staffing Administrator, you will support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to absence monitoring and record maintenance. Key responsibilities include: • Coordinating safer recruitment processes, including DBS and reference checks • Managing staff personnel files and maintaining accurate records • Supporting contract preparation and offer documentation • Monitoring staff absence and preparing reports for leadership • Assisting with payroll data submission and timesheet collation • Coordinating training records and statutory compliance documentation • Supporting appraisal and probation review processes You will work closely with the School Business Manager and senior leaders to ensure HR systems are compliant, efficient and professionally managed.
