Responsibilities as the Sous Chef...
* Being the second in command, and working closely with our Head Chef to inspire and guide the kitchen brigade.
* Taking a hands-on role in crafting exceptional dishes for lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner menus.
* Collaborating on menu development for à la carte offerings, events, and private dining.
* Managing kitchen operations, including ordering, rotas, training, and maintaining the highest standards.
* Ensuring full compliance with food safety regulations and managing stock levels and rotation effectively.
