As an Administrative Assistant for Warehouse & Logistics, you'll ensure smooth operations by managing stock levels, coordinating timely deliveries, and producing accurate reports. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help keep our supply chain efficient and our park running seamlessly. You'll ensure all stock movements are recorded promptly and correctly—receiving and transferring items with precision. You'll also monitor for issues or potential risks and report them quickly to your line manager and commercial managers, helping maintain smooth operations across the park.
Key Accountabilities
* Prepare daily unit orders for warehouse to pick.
* Ordering of F&B products to the business needs.
* Maintain the stock control system.
* Check prices invoice price against system when stock is delivered.
* Ensure all delivery discrepancies are dealt with.
* All Picking / Fulfilments records and KPI'S are completed daily.
* Retail orders are processed daily.
* Support with the Checking of Outlet requisitions
* Spot checking of stock in the Warehouse
* Good understanding of running and maintaining internal macro Report.
* Liaise with Commercial Operations as required to ensure all orders are placed on time.
* Proactively deal with telephone queries, mail and e-mails ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
* Place product orders with suppliers, report discrepancies on deliveries.
* Maintain daily filing systems and update records accordingly.
* Process unit orders on the Stock Control systems as required, ensuring all paperwork is completed within the agreed time frame.
* Ensure that ALL stock being delivered into the warehouse is booked in on time.
* Make sure that any short deliveries are communicated to the supplier on arrival and update relevant documentation.
* Make the commercial team aware of any new stock lines once these are booked in.
* Communicate any out-of-stock lines from suppliers to the Commercial Teams.
* Carry out weekly stock spot checks in the warehouse.
* Reconcile daily delivery costs from Suppliers to the Stock Control System.
* Monitor and update all working spreadsheets with any cost price differences.
Qualifications & Experience
* Flexible attitude.
* Computer literate.
* Experience within an administrative role.
* Attention to detail.
* Good verbal and written communicator.
