Legionella Risk Assessor, Manchester, £28-33k As an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor you will ideally have a background in assessing hot and cold water services. Overview: Visit client sites to assess the potential risks associated with Legionella. Conducting comprehensive Legionella Risk Assessments and producing detailed risk assessment reports, including recommendations for corrective actions and control measures. Collecting and interpreting water samples. Developing and implementing Legionella management plans in accordance with current regulations and industry best practices. Drafting detailed schematics. Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on Legionella prevention, best practices and control to ensure compliance Requirements: Ideally 2 years in Legionella Risk Assessment. Cooling Towers and Close Systems (preferred but not essential) Good working knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations/guidelines i.e. Approved Code of Practice (ACoP) L8, HSG274, etc. Certification in Legionella Risk Assessment. Good IT & Communication Skills. Ability to produce CAD drawings using AutoCAD Full and Valid Driving Licence. Ability to pass a DBS check may be required.
