Key Responsibilities
In this Night Receptionist role, you will:
* Deliver a personal, memorable 4-star experience for every guest
* Build strong guest relationships that encourage repeat visits
* Communicate clearly with all hotel departments
* Manage check-ins, check-outs, payments, and banking
* Handle guest feedback, escalating to the Front of House Manager when needed
* Promote hotel facilities
* Support the Night Audit process (full training provided)
* Follow fire procedures and operate the fire panel confidently
* Carry out security and fire walks throughout the night
* Assist other departments as business needs require
* Complete light public-area cleaning to prepare the hotel for the next day
