Global hospitality client now requires a Director of Central operations to own, oversee and guide operational policies and procedures.
This role will lead their cross functional central operations team, driving productivity and performance across several areas.
This role:
* Support our clients’ restaurants through planning, forecasting and resource management.
* Ensure communications align with strategic goals.
* Implement new initiatives and identify process improvements to reduce costs and drive workforce flexibility.
* Work collaboratively across all departments to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
* Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement and performance management across teams.
* Be responsible for the end-to-end guest service experience.
* Govern and challenge labour productivity, scheduling, rota management and compliance.
Key Requirements:
* Strong Central Operational experience within the hospitality sector.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage a multitude of workstreams.
* Resource management and labour productivity experience (Workforce management tools).
* Excellent leadership and relationship management skills.
* Experience working within a guest centric environment with an influence on guest service strategy and complaints management.
* Comfortable driving change and ensuring continuous improvement across a diverse range of projects.
This is a permanent opportunity which provides a base salary of up to £110,000 + excellent benefits package.
In terms of working structure, this is hybrid with 2-3 days per week in their central London office
