Hours: Shift – Sun to Thurs with 1.5% uplift for weekend work.

The Role

We’re recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to join a high‑performing team within a global aerospace organization. This is a customer‑facing role where you’ll take ownership of key accounts, ensuring orders are processed accurately and customers receive a seamless, responsive service. You’ll act as the central point of contact between customers and internal teams, managing everything from quotations to delivery, playing a vital role in both customer satisfaction and commercial performance.
Responsibilities
* Manage customer enquiries, providing timely and professional responses
* Prepare and issue quotations, working closely with pricing and estimating teams
* Process and acknowledge customer orders accurately within agreed timelines
* Track global deliveries and proactively communicate updates or delays
* Resolve customer issues relating to orders, logistics or billing
* Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, production, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment
* Follow up on quotations and support revenue generation
Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service, sales support or order management
* Experience using ERP systems such as SAP
* Experience working in a fast‑paced, time‑critical environment
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
* High level of organisation and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
