What You’ll Bring:
The Education People seek a dedicated professional to lead a coordinated approach to continuous improvement, high standards, inclusion, and equality of opportunity. The role involves ensuring a sustained market across the childminding sector in Kent.
Note: Due to the nature of the work, you will need to visit childcare settings across Kent. An Enhanced DBS check (provided by the Company) will be required before submitting your application.
What You’ll Achieve:
* Lead and coordinate the work of Childminding Advisers to support alignment with the Early Years and Childcare Service.
* Ensure high-quality, inclusive childminding places by staying updated with policies, procedures, and legislation, and meeting set targets.
* Coordinate activities related to the local authority specification for childminding to meet targets and ensure inclusive, high-standard delivery.
* Monitor interventions for childminders rated below 'good' by Ofsted, aiming for prompt improvement.

What We Require:
* Degree in early years, childcare, or education
* Proven experience in early education or childcare sector
* Leadership experience
* Understanding of Ofsted, EYFS Framework, and relevant legislation
* Strong communication skills with attention to detail
